We're often told that the path to happiness is self-indulgence. Live in the moment. Express yourself. Do what you desire. The last thing we need to do is deny ourselves.
Today we'll discover how to partner with the Holy Spirit to experience and express greater self-control. From the way we speak and think to the things we do with our bodies, self-control is both a gift and a responsibility. We can grow in it.

The best long-term investment we can make into the health of our family, relationships, and overall quality of life is faithfulness.
If you've ever been on the receiving end of someone being UNfaithful, you know it can be toxic. It creates suspicion and mistrust. Unfaithfulness can create a relational gap that is hard to fill. Unfaithfulness is toxic.
While faithfulness can feel boring and dull, it is such a powerful and essential quality.
