Studies tells us that as many as 70% of alcoholics will relapse at some point. For those with a drug addiction, the percentages can be even higher. Whether someone is trying to stop using porn or distancing themselves from a toxic relationship, our flesh is hard-wired to return to old behaviors. I can relate to this, can you?
The good news is we don't have to go back.
